One of the most common errors found by the IRS in audits is the plan not using the proper definition of compensation. In this workshop, Robert Richter will cover various compensation definitions and the possible effects of using different definitions and exclusions. We will also address some of the unique problems that arise with respect to irregular compensation such as bonuses and non-cash compensation.
Delicious Davios lunch will be included in ticket price.
This session is approved for 2 hours of CE from NIPA, ASPPA and ERPA. It is our belief that it also qualifies for GA Bar CLE and CPA CPE, but this must be self-reported.
